As orders are shipped by the artist orders can take 5-6 days to be prossessed. Delivery may take 2-3 weeks, tracking may not be available in some countries. Please double check your address as reshipping an item due to wrong address will be subject to additional fees. We are not responsible for items time/fees being held by customs. 

If a print is damaged in transit please kindly e-mail apancyr@gmail.com with your order number and a photo with explaination and the print may be replaced, some items such as original art can sadly not be replaced.
